How do I place an order online?


Ordering from A Twisted Bunch is very easy. Make your selection from our collection of products, add them to your cart then from your cart you can checkout and enter your payment and delivery details.

You will be emailed a confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us if you think there has been a problem with delivery and we will follow this up for you.




Can I create a custom order?


Yes! We would love to work with you to create a custom arrangement for your special event or occasion. Simply get in touch via our contact page or head in store to discuss!




What payment options are available?


You can pay via credit card through our online checkout. Alternatively, if you're lucky enough to be local, you can place your order with us and pay in store.




How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver to?


A Twisted Bunch Ships throughout Canterbury, New Zealand. We offer different shipping options for different areas within Canterbury as well as a pickup option from our Darfield store. Delivery Areas: Christchurch/Canterbury $20 Darfield Township $12 Local townships $16 (Outer Darfield, Charing cross, Coalgate, Glentunell, Hororata, West Melton, Kirwee, Waddington, Sheffield, Springfield)




What shipping options are available?


Our online checkout system gives you the option to pick your order up from our Darfield store or to have your favourite flowers posted to the recipient.

A Twisted Bunch offers unique, luxurious flowers for all scales of weddings. We offer full set up at your wedding venue and only use the freshest, highest quality blooms.

We love to work with brides with a strong sense of style, we listen to your ideas, work with you and guide you through which flowers are in season and on trend.




How do I enquire about flowers for my wedding?


Simply head to our Weddings page and fill out the enquiry form! We ask a few simple questions to get to know a little more about your wedding, and will get in touch with you as soon as we can!




How far in advance do I need to order?


To give us enough time to prepare your beautiful flowers, please complete your order a minimum of 4 hours before your desired delivery time.
